WHAT FAUCETS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE HOMEFILTER™ FAUCET ADVANCED?
The filter can be installed on 98% of existing faucet models.
The Homefilter Faucet Advanced will fit on the following faucet diameters: less than 21mm, 21mm, 22mm, 24mm. 

If the faucet is compatible but the size doesn’t fit, let us know the size of your faucet and we will send you a suitable adapter for free.

I purchased the filter, but it doesn’t fit my faucet, what can I do? ​
Please check if your faucet is one of the compatible faucet models. If it is compatible, but it cannot fit because of the size, please measure your faucet diameter.

Is the water filter suitable for countries outside singapore?
Yes, the HomeFilter™ Faucet Advanced is designed with ultra-filtration membranes with a pore size of around 0.01 micron. This makes the filter effective for removing bacteria, viruses and impurities in even the most contaminated tap water sources.
How do I know if my filter is working?  
Each cartridge can last about 3 months before bacteria builds up and the flow rate slows down.
​We would recommend changing the filter every 3 months, which can be easily done if you sign up for our Homefilter Saver Plans. 
​Alternatively, you can check your water quality for just $8.50 using our QuickCheck Water Test Kit.
