4th Border Patrol Police School1000 villagers reachedBPPS 4 and its surrounding community once faced costly and limited access to safe drinking water due to its remote location. Through a partnership with HITAP and the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, Wateroam installed a filtration system for the 4th Border Patrol Police School and nearby villagers.
This project has been particularly encouraging due to their display strong local ownership, with community members building the system using Wateroam’s blueprints. Wateroam later found the system well maintained, and BPPS 4 has since become a reliable clean water point for the surrounding community. |

Initial water assessments identified water safety concerns such as high E.coli risk and high turbidity in the school’s mountain stream water supply. Wateroam's installation of a COMfilter™ Plus system giving 140 students, 13 teachers, and more than 1,000 nearby villagers reliable access clean water. Additionally, a local team was trained to regularly maintain the system, supporting local capacity for long-term system maintenance. |

Mae Tuen Witthayakhom School700 students and staff reachedWateroam's partnership with the Thai PBS, HITAP, and the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health improved safe water access at Mae Tuen Witthayakhom School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Serving around 700 students and staff, Wateroam's design and deployment of a COMfilter™ Plus system now provides safer water for everyday use.
