DO I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY DONATION?
Yes! If, for some reason, you have not received a receipt, please contact us with your name and the amount you gifted and we will provide one for you over email.
CAN I DONATE MORE THAN WHAT IS STATED ON THE SUPPORT US PAGE?
Yes! Providing a gift through PayPal requires set amounts, however our iBanking QR code option has no fixed limit. If you prefer another method, please contact us here directly.
HOW DO I KNOW THE MONEY I DONATE IS WELL SPENT?
We provide updates via email about the statuses of sponsored filters; due to the current Covid-19 travel restrictions, we are unable to deploy filters as quickly as we’d like at the moment, but we are working to connect with partner organisations who can deploy filters on our behalf.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY DONATION ON PAYPAL?
We appreciate your support to help change lives with access to clean water and sanitation. You can cancel your monthly donation by carrying out the following steps.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Settings near the top of the page.
- Click Payments.
- Click Manage pre-approved payments.
- Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
