Distributor Requirements

Interested to be a distributor?
We are looking for business who:
  • Are ready to distribute and/or install water filtration devices for clients serving water-related needs in disaster relief zones and rural developing regions
  • Have existing contacts and working relationships with organisations that are serving users in the aforementioned markets
  • Have an ability to handle logistical and import/export work
  • Can commit to a minimum order requirement of 50 ROAMfilter Plus units for the first order
  • Have an excellent track record in sales
  • Have an installation capability, either in house or sourced externally
  • Have the resources required to carry out periodic quality checks and provide ongoing customer service
  • Can provide sales progress report on a regular basis

Step 2: Prepare your application

​Complete the Distributorship Proposal and Company Profile sheet. Prepare any supporting documents to boost your application to be a Wateroam Distributor.

Step 3: Complete the contact form​

​Use the 'Contact us' form below to provide your contact information, and select Distributorship for the ‘type of enquiry’.
Please include your completed Distributorship Proposal, Company Profile Sheet and any other supporting documents to boost your application.

Step 4: Wait for the call

After we have received your Distributorship Proposal, we will review the proposal within 10 working days and decide if you are suitable as a Distributor. If you are, we will arrange for a follow-up call for further discussion.

Step 5: Make your first purchase

​To become a distributor, you will be required to make a minimum purchase order of 50 ROAMfilter Plus systems (or other products of equal combined retail value) at the discounted distributor pricing.

Step 6: Make it official

Sign the Distributor Agreement to officially join Wateroam’s team of globally recognised distributors.

Step 7: Become an expert

​Enrol in Wateroam’s Distributorship Training Program which includes Sales, Marketing, and Water Expertise lessons to learn all about the company, our products and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) to support your business in bringing clean water access to your region.

Period of Partnership:

The Agreement is valid for a period of 1 year from the Commencement Date and renewable for each consecutive period of 1 year subject to Distributor's performance, and the discretion of Wateroam.
